Our experienced and highly skilled in-house chartering team performs the marketing of the company’s vessels, identifying & assessing employment opportunities and negotiating & concluding fixtures. Vessels are chartered out to major oil companies and international commodity traders around the globe, in a mixed employment strategy of spot and period charters.

We have a long track-record of successfully purchasing and disposing of vessels throughout the group’s history. We are in constant contact with competitive brokers, ship owners and shipyards worldwide to determine attractive market opportunities for our principals.
OPERATIONS
Safeguarding our counterparty interests forms a top priority amongst our operations department. Our experienced and qualified team of port captains and operators work diligently to fulfil charter-party terms and adhere to the high operational standards of our customers.
INSURANCE
The aim and ultimate goal of the insurance and claims department is to identify the risks and determine if they can be avoided, reduced, transferred or prevented. With this statement ingrained, our highly competent insurance and claims team is responsible for the company’s insurance arrangements; developing, negotiating and maintaining all classes of insurance from Hull and Machinery, Protection and Indemnity and any other complimentary or supplementary policies which may be required or market dictated for the safe trading of the fleet.

Superior technical performance forms one of the company’s core values when it comes to approaching fleet management. Our team of technical superintendents ensure that the company’s fleet adheres to the highest quality standards; and that vessel equipment, machinery and systems are excellently maintained & safely operated, always in compliance with mandatory rules, regulations and internal procedures.
NEW BUILDINGS
Our newbuildings team collaborates with top quality shipyards, makers and classification societies worldwide in the design and construction of high spec newbuildings in accordance with certified ISO 9001 procedures.
CREW
Our crew department’s main focus is on selecting, recruiting and retaining qualified, competent and skilful seafarers, fit for the challenges associated with their profession. Great emphasis is placed on our recruitment and induction process in order to ensure that all new additions to our team form an excellent fit to our company’s profile, values and mission.
PROCUREMENT
Our procurement team holds the responsibility of providing the company with cost effective and efficient solutions for securing and forwarding spare parts and supplies to managed vessels, always taking into account industry standards and best practices.
SAFETY
Our team is responsible for ensuring that the company meets HSQEEn Management System targets of operational excellence e.g. zero incidents and customer satisfaction, and is ultimately accountable for all issues related to health, safety, quality, environment and energy, maintaining a management system that consistently adheres to ISO-9001, ISO- 14001, ISO-27001, ISO-50001, ISM Code, OHSAS 18001 and MLC 2006, as well as customer guidelines.
TECHNOLOGY
Our team of technology professionals reviews, identifies and implements technologies required for enhancing & optimizing safety, environmental sustainability and energy conservation. They are also responsible for monitoring vessel performance and identifying trends, gaps and areas for improvement.
MARINE
Our qualified team of experienced Master Mariners consistently ensures the safe and efficient navigation of managed vessels, monitoring and mitigating possible navigational risks by conducting real time audits.
TRAINING
The company has a structured training system in place, fully certified by flag administrations and classification societies, through which training courses are conducted in accordance with IMO modules and statutory standards and accompanied by the use of state of the art in-house training equipment (bridge and engine simulators).
SECURITY
The company ensures, through its team of skilled professionals, that both physical and cyber security are adequately addressed in accordance with ISPS and industry best practices and in compliance with ISO 27001 requirements.
